Pannbiff with onions is such a classic that you just take for granted. Always as good and filling as a lunch dish and that's perhaps where it works best - just for lunch. Serve with sky sauce, pickled cucumber and new potatoes. Pan steak with onions

  • 500 gram mixed mince
  • 0,5 dl breadcrumbs
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0,5 tsp salt
  • black pepper

Sky sauce

  • the steak skin from the steaks
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 dl water
  • 2 tbsp soy
  • salt
  • black pepper

Pickled cucumbers

  • 1 whole cucumber
  • 1,5 dl water
  • 0,5 dl vinegar (12 %)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
