  • 600 gram chicken thigh fillet
  • wheat flour for the breading
  • 3 carrots
  • 4-5 shallots
  • 2 gaps garlic
  • 150 gram Bacon
  • 2-3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 bundle fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp French herbs
  • 5 dl Red wine
  • 2 dl water (if you cook on a griddle otherwise not)
  • 1 dl pickled onions
  • salt & black pepper

Smashed potatoes

  • 600 gram Boiled potato
  • 100 gram blue cheese
  • oil
  • butter
  • salt & black pepper
