Christmas's best RIBBEN - No. 197
Here I share my recipe on how to succeed with the most tender and tastiest ribs for the Christmas table. For the ribs, I serve a fresh coleslaw with raw stir-fried lingonberries. Simple, cute and irresistibly good.
Captain Mat's mulled wine
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sambal oelek
- 2 gaps garlic
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato puree
- 2 ½ dl non-alcoholic mulled wine (you drink the strong one yourself)

- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 cardamom seeds
- 5 allspice
- 5 carnations
- 1 tbsp Chinese soya
The ribs
- 2 kg RIB
- allspice
- bay leaf
- 1 yellow onion
- salt
Coleslaw with raw stir-fried lingonberries
- 400 gram shredded cabbage
- 1-2 Shredded carrots
- ½ grated red onion
- 1 dl sour cream
- ½-1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl raw stir-fried lingonberries
- salt & black pepper
