Carrot and halloumi steaks with tzatziki
Doubtful combo as the Camerawoman wanted me to cook vegetarian but I was just so hungry for crispy pork. So here comes this year's compromise: Carrot and halloumi steaks with tzatziki and fried pork. However, these steaks turned out really fresh and meaty and are a really good alternative to regular mincemeat steaks. I should listen to Camera Woman more often... - 2-3 carrots (200-250 grams)
- 1 halloumi cheese (200-250 grams)
- 2 egg
- 0,75 dl breadcrumbs
- 3 krm paprika powder
- 2 krm chili flakes

Tzatziki with mint
- 2 dl greek yogurt
- 0,5 cucumber
- 3 gaps garlic
- 10 mint leaves
