One of the most popular and fun things you can cook on the grill is probably hamburgers in all its forms. I've made thousands of burgers over the years where one version is better than the other. In this section, I go hard with three pucks of 85 grams each per burger. Add to that three different cheese slices such as classic cheddar, Pepper Jack Cheese with jalapeno and chili and a fine truffle cheddar. The camerawoman loves caramelized yellow onions and of course she should have that, but I can't be without my pickled red and silver onions. Add to that wood-smoked side pork from Jokkmokk and a creamy Dijonaise and a toasted brioche bread and you just can't fail.
