Cutlet tracks on a griddle
In this week's episode, I offer cutlet tracks from a really tender and nice canola pig. Serve with herb garden sauce, butter-fried new potatoes and fried lemon. Enjoy a glass of chilled white wine from Tommasi, which goes perfectly with the light meat and at the same time cools off after a hard day on the hammock. Buon appetito?✈️❤️? ⚓️

- 2 whole garlics
- Sprigs with rosemary

Simple warm potato salad
- 1 saucepan boiled new potatoes
- 1 bundle spring onions
- 2 red onions
- 1 paprika of any color
- salt & black pepper

Herb garden sauce
- 2 dl sour cream or light creme fraiche
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- parsley
- dill
- chive
- oregano
- lemon zest or drops of fried lemon
- salt & black pepper
Garnish with
- 2 whole lemons to be split and fried
