Cutlet tracks on a griddle

In this week's episode, I offer cutlet tracks from a really tender and nice canola pig. Serve with herb garden sauce, butter-fried new potatoes and fried lemon. Enjoy a glass of chilled white wine from Tommasi, which goes perfectly with the light meat and at the same time cools off after a hard day on the hammock. Buon appetito?‍✈️❤️? ⚓️

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cutlet tracks of 200 grams
  • 2 whole garlics
  • Sprigs with rosemary
  • salt & black pepper
  • rapeseed oil
  • butter

Simple warm potato salad

  • 1 saucepan boiled new potatoes
  • 1 bundle spring onions
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 paprika of any color
  • salt & black pepper
  • rapeseed oil

Herb garden sauce

  • 2 dl sour cream or light creme fraiche
  • 1 dl mayonnaise
  • parsley
  • dill
  • chive
  • oregano
  • lemon zest or drops of fried lemon
  • salt & black pepper

Garnish with

  • 2 whole lemons to be split and fried
