I min lokale butik er der Jureskogs talg, som er aldeles fremragende. Finder du et stykke flæskesvær hos slagteren, så læg det også i. Brug arbejdshandsker og undgå at indånde dampene.

• Tænd alle brænderringene med fuld styrke.
• Kom en pakke talg i den virkelig varme bradepande.
• Fordel fedtet rundt på hele overfladen ved hjælp af en rustfri stålspartel med træhåndtag.
• Brænd og arbejd med fedtet, indtil fedtet forkuller og bliver til en fast masse.
• Skrab det smuldrede og brændte fedt ud.
• Gentag proceduren endnu en gang.
• Sluk derefter grillen og lad den køle af. Hæld 1 dl rapsolie i og fordel ud over hele stegefladen. Tør med køkkenrulle.
• Nu er din bradepande færdig og klar til brug. Stegefladen bliver kun bedre og bedre med tiden.
