Ingredients
- 600 gram chicken thigh fillet
- wheat flour for the breading
- 3 carrots
- 4-5 shallots
- 2 gaps garlic
- 150 gram Bacon
- 2-3 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 bundle fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp French herbs
- 5 dl Red wine
- 2 dl water (if you cook on a griddle otherwise not)
- 1 dl pickled onions
- salt & black pepper
Smashed potatoes
- 600 gram Boiled potato
- 100 gram blue cheese
- oil
- butter
- salt & black pepper
