
Fried chicken legs on a griddle
After a fantastic weekend with a sabering of a 15-liter Champagne, me and the camera woman rounded off with a recording at home by the beach. We bought with us a package of deep-fried chicken parts from an American chain and swung by the store to buy the same amount of chicken legs. A not entirely unexpected winner, but how even was it really? Join the episode and there will be both chicken and Champagne.

Ingredients
CHICKEN LEGS - KFC
- 12 drumstick
- 2 liter water
- 2 liter frying oil
- 4-5 dl flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Coleman mustard powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp white pepper
The camerawoman's coleslaw
- 200 gram white cabbage etc. lace bowl
- 100 gram red cabbage
- 100 gram carrots
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2-3 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- freshly ground black pepper
