
Open lasagna
On request, the Camerawoman stands IN FRONT of the camera for an episode and cooks an irresistible pasta. It will be a very tasty open lasagna where the pure and simple flavors really come into their own. A really fresh pasta to enjoy for lunch on hot summer days or as an appreciated Italian entree at fine dining. Ingredients
- 6 fresh lasagna sheets
- 250 gram cocktail tomatoes
- 3 gaps garlic
- 1 whole Chili
- 1,5 dl white wine (or rosé)
- 1 whole burrata
- 1 dl olive oil (to fry in and drizzle over)
- fresh basil
- salt
- black pepper
