Bullshit Bellman

In this year's first program and the 97th since the start two years ago, I offer a classic Pytt Bellman. This cream-stewed stew in a pan cooked with leftover meat scraps from the weekends makes for a feast, I promise, and would be perfect as a party dish for any Saturday lunch. I had the privilege of cutting both lamb fillet and beef tenderloin in mine, but of course you can use exactly any meat and/or sausage.
With a Pytt Bellman you drink a cold beer and if the occasion is also given a small schnapps which in my case was an Old Dane. Happy New Year my friends and enjoy the January cold ❄️ ⚓️?‍✈️
