You did a great job! You don't have to change ANYTHING! Or yes……when the book is next printed, you could indicate which YouTube movie shows the recipe. That would be a development of the cookbook historically. Even though I was born and raised in El Stada or Borran, as you say, I have no roots left. However, memories. I drank my first gin and tonic, GT, on the other side of Öresjö. In Villa Ro in Skogsryd. It tasted fantastic. The year was 1970, we had graduated and the world was open! Both the content and the book itself exude quality. Several recipes with game meat, which I myself do not have access to. However, the Captain himself has certified that it works with "regular" meat. A new favorite, and a future classic if you ask me.

A very good cookbook. You don't know which dish to start with because there are so many dishes that are good. The recipes are easy to follow and nothing is very difficult to cook.
