Fast delivery. Personal contact. I would have liked the cutting boards to have had their own packaging. Since they had become a little "black" on the back of the hob during shipping. And the scissor pins for the gas burner want to crawl out of the holes. Maybe I should have gone with a longer pin with a hole in it for a smaller scissor pin. And the legs should have had L-shaped pins instead of a more substantial kind. Otherwise, a great and solid frying pan. And easy with the brackets for cutting boards. Good that you got a gas kit to be able to install 2 gas cylinders at the same time

A very nice hob where you can use the entire surface, very nice with the cutting boards around the table. However, I would like it to have a little more sturdy legs, it has a tendency to "rock" when chopping and doing things on the boards. But I will definitely order some more pans. / Leif
So far I've only unpacked it and fired up the hob, but it seems to be a really solid piece, feels like really great quality.

Very nice frying pan, but a bit tricky to get the cutting boards in place, last but not least there is no pilot flame on the gas burner, it has gone out a number of times when there is wind and the gas just flows on ??
It was handled quickly and well packed. The only thing that was, and I don't know when it happened, the knob for the middle ring (far right) had become bent. It probably got hit. You can turn it around but it gets stuck. The hob is very good for frying on. Prosten Grape, who is starting his retirement life with Heaven and Häll.
Fantastic hob. Large with good cutting boards which means the possibilities for cooking delicious food are endless. It's only your imagination that sets the limits.

I have just received the delivery which arrived within four days (completely OK) and transported the hob to the country on Rådmansö. It will probably take until mid-March before it is assembled so I will be happy to come back with comments and any questions when it is time to use it.

For those of you who are looking for the best in the frying pan world! Have now had my frying pan for just over 1 month and can't help but love it. Quality through and through, everything yes exactly everything is thought through during manufacturing. Fast delivery and installation, you are up and running in no time. With the help of the captain's video how to burn in the stove, the job was a breeze. The side tables are really robust and stable. The captain sends the cutting boards empty with oil so just oil in directly upon delivery. The grill was a gift to me from my dear wife for our upcoming 25 year engagement anniversary and the grill has taken outdoor cooking to new levels!
Have driven a Murrikka 58 for a couple of years and looked at the captain's ha all for a while now. Don't regret for a second that I took the plunge! Fast delivery, great quality and some bonuses in the delivery that indicate great customer care. The burn-in is not as easy as when you watch the captain's video, it gets really hot around and on the stove after a while, so make sure you have good gloves for protection! ????

I, like many others, am an old Muurikka fan :) who gave it a shot and sent it to the block and ordered a new frying pan from Kapten Mat. And …. I don't regret it... mainly it is the burner that is completely superior and as someone wrote, the low edges make things easier especially when it comes to cleaning and keeping warm. It's clearly worth doing burn-in ala jure forest tallow fat, even if it feels hard and shitty. The surface was directly equivalent to the Muurikkan that I had probably had for 10 years. Also good with the included oil for the cutting boards. I was able to push in 3/4 of the bottle in a day and I will continue and push in more. The hob and its accessories appear to be of good quality. So we are completely satisfied in every way. It will be a fun and good summer
A good experience through and through, fast delivery and easy installation. It took me about an hour to burn in the stove exactly according to the instructions. Most importantly, it's fun and a great freedom to cook on this large griddle. Completely satisfied!
This frying pan is so much better than a Muurikka's 100 cm pan! This one has low outer edges so you can easily scrape out the remains. The burner is very good with max and min flame. Just saying QUALITY
Considered for a long time whether we should use a real frying pan. Realize it should have been done earlier. Fast delivery, easy to assemble, solid hob to cook on, Rydberg beef as a premiere dish was successful, even if you surely get better at managing the temperature each time you use the hob. Don't hesitate, the Captain will help us all with quick answers!
Definitely better quality and design than my old Muurrika! The only negative is that there was a small welding spot in the plate, so when I was going to burn it in, my shovel got stuck on the spot and sent a lot of oil drops onto my patio deck. ps The captain should perhaps fix so that you can buy some nice carpet that you can wear underneath to prevent drips on the patio deck.
I had high expectations for the stove before I ordered and it exceeded expectations on all levels. Incredibly well-made frying pan and it is pure joy to cook on it. Ordered Monday evening and received it Wednesday morning. All the questions I had before my purchase were answered within half an hour of emailing captain, fantastic service!
The grill is absolutely awesome. Super fast delivery to your door. Made smashed burgers as a premiere. Then a beef fillet provencale which turned out fantastic. Also bought for a floating box which is a really well thought out accessory. Really recommend a purchase
What a grill! Stable, good quality of the burner and really nice cutting boards. Spend a little extra time burning it in and it will be really good right from the start. Have tried many other pourers on the market but this one is a given 1st???? finally have only one thing to say about the captain pour, buy it!

I can't help but be super happy. Have had my pour for 8 months now and the quality is really good! The hob just gets better the more I use it, and the cutting boards have stayed really nice and fresh. I had a bit of trouble with a regulator that didn't really want to be involved. But one conversation later with the captain, a new regulator was on the way. So with that service there can be nothing but top marks!!
I am so incredibly satisfied with this quality roasting pan!!! Imagine being able to get out all year round and fry without worrying about the number of frying pans and frying pans and pans in the kitchen! From cooking delicious beef Rydberg for 2 hungry stomachs, to making a fish and seafood stew for 8 people. And sometimes a big boil with 5kg of minced meat for the dogs!!! They are only the imagination that puts a stop!

There were two of us who ordered, the brother and I, he got frying pan complete number 1 and I got frying pan complete number 2. Have used the hob a lot since the early delivery. It is very stable, good burners and great surfaces, cutting boards that are big and stable. I am very happy with the purchase and it has revolutionized my cooking in a positive way. What a product! Quality right through from the wooden pallet to the hob and cutting boards. All cutting boards had the finest side up so someone has thought of this too. The working height is perfect with its cm more than the competitors. Will now try to work my way through all the captain's recipes. First up was beef filet with raw fried potatoes. Tonight it will be pan steak. Even the smolk was all hogwash during the burn-in. Use disposable items and disposable gloves when cleaning up after. Also a disposable bucket or large allu form when fat and rind residues are to be scraped off the hob. I didn't do that.
Just received our griddle and we are completely sold. The only thing you regret is not getting it sooner. Have cooked 2 meals and the results were great. So 100% satisfied.
Super happy with the stove! After cooking a number of dishes, you realize how good and practical it is. It's quick to get the heat up on the hob. You can cook a lot of food on it, you don't have to worry about the stove.
Have watched "Vad blir det fr mat" where Morberg stood and sweated by a nice pour. Then the thought came to me that cooking with spatulas is absolutely wonderful. The answer, it is! Have had mine for a week or so and cooked on it four times. Trying to get the wife to throw out the frying pans, but she's not there yet :). Buy one and you won't regret it.
