In this week's episode, I offer a true pub classic of rank, namely Sjömansbiff with beetroot and pickle. I don't know if you can call it a meat stew, but in any case it should cook for a good while together with large amounts of porter and veal stock. ?
Ingredients
- 600 gram beef tenderloin
- 12 potatoes
- 4 yellow onions
- 5 dl porter
- 3 dl calf fund
- 15 allspice
- 4 bay leaf
- black pepper
- salt
- rapeseed oil (to fry in)
- 4 tbsp wheat flour (to sift with)
