Here I share my recipe on how to succeed with the most tender and tastiest ribs for the Christmas table. For the ribs, I serve a fresh coleslaw with raw stir-fried lingonberries. Simple, cute and irresistibly good.

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sambal oelek
  • 2 gaps garlic
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 ½ dl non-alcoholic mulled wine (you drink the strong one yourself)

Up in a skylift at a height of 56 meters at the Masthugg Church in Gothenburg, I offer freshly caught fried mackerel served with spinach sauce and boiled potatoes. This particular dish I have saved as an ace up my sleeve to be able to bring out at the right time and what could not be better than right now when I get a special visit to the channel. By my side in the minimal lift basket, I have one of the country's best Gothenburgers - Glenn Hysén. There will be a lot of talk about football and Gothenburg, but also a clip from the auction in Fiskehamnen.

After a fantastic weekend with a sabering of a 15-liter Champagne, me and the camera woman rounded off with a recording at home by the beach. We bought with us a package of deep-fried chicken parts from an American chain and swung by the store to buy the same amount of chicken legs. A not entirely unexpected winner, but how even was it really? Join the episode and there will be both chicken and Champagne.
