- 0,5 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 0,5 tsp salt
- black pepper
Sky sauce
- the steak skin from the steaks
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl water
- 2 tbsp soy
- salt
- black pepper
Pickled cucumbers
- 1 whole cucumber
- 1,5 dl water
- 0,5 dl vinegar (12 %)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
